Hi, i was thinking about adding another 4850 to my rig (Phenom II x4 940, 4GB 800Mhz patriot RAM, Asus 4850, OCZ StealthXtream 500W) but i was wondering if it would cut it a little bit too close? Would it be enough? (Everything is at Stock Speeds, Don't plan on OCing just yet)

Thanks in Advance.

With one hard drive and one DVD drive you should be ok (stay under 80% of maximum PSU load) but yes, you would be getting very close to that 80% mark... just a few more amps on the 12V rail would make a huge difference here.
