Intel Core 2 quad CPU Q8300 2.50 GHZ

Should I get this?


XFX - ATI Radeon HD 4890 1GB DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card

Even if I do get the graphic card above, Do I need to do any changes to my software so the XFX - ATI Radeon HD 4890 1GB DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card can run properly?

What is a PSU? And how can I check my PSU

PSU = Power supply unit. There should be a label on the side of the PSU saying it's normal and peak wattage output.
