With a MB EX58U3R Motherboard /gmcst2002@yahoo.com

Well since you obviously took no time yourself and could have gotten your answer if you had known google is your friend you get a cynical answer from me. Its an X58 chipset, they all take the same stuff, the link fallen sniper posted covers the specs for 99% of X58 chipset boards, the remaining 1% dont support SLI, if you are unable to read through it and understand from there what you need then you should not be anywhere near a computer.

On little note, with an X58 board you need ram below 1.65 volts or you will burn out your CPU

It will take any operating system, however the operating system may not support it. Just use XP or later.
