I am perplexed by the fact that the Catalyst Control Center from ATI is not detecting my HDTV when I ask it to detect displays and try to install my HDTV as a computer monitor. However, when I switch off the HDTV, the correct HDTV is being detected (at least the brand!) and I can clone or extend the display, and do all that, but the moment I switch on the HDTV using the remote, the settings revert back to those of a single display. Any thoughts?
