i bought a brand new battery and charged it over night and every time i turn it on, it shuts off after fifteen minutes. it is for a Panasonic toughbook CF-28. HELP PLEASE
Does this happen only when it's running on battery?
And does it try to shut itself down or sleep or does it just crash?
It does this while on the charger and it just crashes. but it does not do it on the original battery, but the original battery is bad and has to be pluged in to work. why would the new battery be doing this?
If the laptop is detecting a problem with the new battery, it might shut itself off... iduno. Try running it with no battery, just the AC adapter, for a while and see if this happens again.

i bought the batter offline. it said that it was coming from canada but when i got it in the mail it was from china.
