Which CPU should I get?

Forum CPU & Components : CPUs Which CPU should I get?

I've narrowed it down to these two CPU's. Unfortunately my motherboard doesn't support the more powerful am3's or I would just go with the highest end processor. So here they are any help is greatly appreciated.

Between those i would choose the Phenom II X4 940 because its 200Mhz faster and has unlocked multiplier which is better for OC'ng also it has more L1 cache
