this is my new system spec..

MSI 770-C45 AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD MOTHERBOARD
89.99

XFX HD-485X-ZDFC Radeon HD 4850 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0
10.49

OCZ XMP Ready Series 6GB (3 X 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
119.99

AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core
149.99

This is my problem..the motherboard (MSI 770) has 6 audio inputs..and on my current system the motherboard has 3 audio inputs..so if i put this motherboard in m case..it wont fit? i have small case..it came when i bought the computer..what should i do? is there like a face plate for the case that i can change so i can put in this new motherboard ?

The RAM you list is for Intel builds. You want a 4GB kit not 6GB. I can't tell you if your board will fit in your case without knowing what case you have. Is it a micro-ATX case or full ATX?

As to the I/O shield (the part that the audio ports stick out of) a new one will come with the motherboard.

You definitely need a m-atx mb if you have a m-atx case .

And the section of the case around the outlet ports actually ships with the motherboard and clips in place in the case . That way no matter what arrangement of audio and usb etc it always fits

Nice mb mentioned by Proximon , just be sure you buy a 2 x 2 gig kit of DDR3 for it

You'll need to provide a link to what case you have in order for us to answer that question. There are a lot of microATX cases out there. :)

Have you already built the system? If not, be sure to swap the RAM for a dual channel kit like mentioned above. The RAM you picked is designed for the Intel i7 chips.
