How Can I update The mothrerbord Bios

if you don't know what the motherboard is, download cpu-z and it will tell you in the mainboard tab.
go to the manufacturers website, look for the motherboard, and if there are any updates for the bios, then it will be in there somewhere.
each manufacturer has a different way to update, they will have instructions on the site.
if you are not having any problems with the motherboard, i would not suggest updating due to bad updating (flashing) can kill the motherboard
