this is my system

ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 ATX AMD
BFG Tech BFGR7950GX21GBE GeForce 7950GX2 1GB 512-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Dual GPU Video Card
AMD Opteron 185 Denmark 2.6GHz Socket 939 110W Dual-Core Processor


I dont know if i should start buying parts for a new computer or upgrading the graphics card...first what is the best graphics card i could get with this mobo. and second should i just start building a new machine. i know most will say start building a new machine but im pretty short on cash and i probably would only be able to put forth 100 dollars a month for a new computer

ati 4850/gts250 will suit you fine but ati releasing new cards ini few days when they out current card prices will drop

okay i see its backwards compatible...but i guess the big question is will the upgrade be worth it over the 7950...im guessing it would be...any thoughts though

Should work fine, but again, your better off waiting until the new cards come out. Things will be cheaper in a couple of weeks. Your better off waiting until then to save the cash your short of.
