Hello,
I have a HP a172n desk top with a Litescribe dvd burner. HL-DT-ST DVDRRW GSA-H20L the last time I used the burner it worked fine and it has not been used very much at all. At one time it didn't work and there is a place you can select the country and some how that had been un selected so I selected USA and the burner worked normally. I can't find that place again to check. The burner spins and the lite comes on but only spins for a few sec then stops. I'm not a computer guy
