Same price once u ditch the case since u have that Lian Li and hit a GTX 260 Ya that Lian Li is your garden variety mid tower ATX casing ^^

Yes it all fits

Only buy the GA-MA790GPT-UD3H if you will upgrade monitor ,psu and gfx in the near future . Otherwise use the 770 . Its a great board with lots of potential and the only limitation is the lack of a second gfx card slot .
That isnt likely to be a big issue for you at that resolution IMO

Whichever psu is cheaper or matches your color scheme
