Windows Explorer Toolbar Missing

my cat sat on my keyboard and now my toolbar/search is missing as well as the shut down icon on the bottom.....so whatever screen I log into I am stuck with unless I log out and start over....no arrow keys to go back to the home google screen....I have google chrome and it says to hit F11 to exit but it doesn't work...HELP...:)  Thanks

Make sure no keys are stuck.

Can you startup in safe mode to do any repair, like last known good configuration etc ?

Try hitting the ALT button to show toolbar, go to TOOLS, select FOLDER OPTIONS, go to the VIEW tab and select ALWAYS SHOW MENUS (the second from the top on Windows 7).
