I just switched from ati to nvid and I have used smart doctor, gpu tweaker...,msi after burner and nothin seems to be able to oc it....I use gpuz and it shows clocks change and all that but when I run 3d06 my score does not go up...the only way to get my score up is to oc my system which is fine but I would like to be able to oc my card too....

When I first used MSI afterburner, I had problems with the same thing, because a) I had to activate in the settings the option to allow me to play with voltages and stuff and b) after you've set your clocks you need to click on apply, followed by save and choose a profile number to the left of that. Maybe that will help?

Have you checked with nvidia inspector? Does it read the same as well? At this point honestly I'm grasping at straws, though I've read somewhere before that some manufacturers lock the core speed, maybe you shoudl check if your model is one of those??
