Hello.

This question is directed at anyone who has an Antec Kuhler H20 260, or has previously used one.

Quite a broad question basically. Are they are good? Or would it be better to buy an air cooler for my CPU for the same price?

Thanks

Andy

You mean the 620? What case are you using?

I don't have it, but I've read reviews of similar products.

From what I've seen in benchmarks, until you're using a water-cooling kit that has at least a 240mm rad in push/pull config, you're not going to benefit more than if you were using a good air cooler (noctua or similar). And not all cases cases can fit a 240mm rad in push/pull config. Corsair H100 is the only one I've seen that beats out the good air coolers.

I'm using a CoolerMaster Elite 335 case at the moment. Fair enough, which air cooling would you recommend me purchasing for around the same price?

Thanks again

One disadvantage to air cooling is they are bigger. Just make sure it'll fit the case before you decide on something

I am using that cooler in a cooler master stacker 830 with an i7920 overclocked to 3.36GHz from 2.66GHz. My CPU stays below 50 degrees C while under full load. The only problem is my case has a side door with 4 fans which I cannot open due to the radiator of the cooler. I can still gain access by removing the door but it is a bit of a pain.

I am using the Kuhler. The radiator mounts in front of the supplied 120mm fan and the only place I could put it where to the hoses would reach the CPU was in the rear but it sticks out from the rear too far an impedes the hinges of the side door of the case. The footprint on the CPU is small like rubix_1011 said but the radiator and fan take up approximately double the depth of a 120mm fan
