What Dram timing is good at 688mhz?

Hello,
I have overclock my processor
Amd phenom ii x6 1055t to 3.6(258x14)
cpu voltage:1.42
nb/ht to 2300mhz
vddnb voltage:1.4
Dram freq at 688mhz(shown in cpu id)
Dram voltage: auto
Dram timings:9 9 9 25 34
is this ok for
Dram at 688mhz
i have run prime 95 to 8hours
its stable

At 685 it would be 9 9 9 24 33. Did you manually set the timings?

i manually set
so
9 9 9 24 33 is ok for 688mhz

yes, thats ok, in fact its what it should be at 688. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt doing that on its own.

i have increase nb/ht freq. 2312 to 2580mhz
so what voltage should i set on vddnb
