Geforce GT210 vs ati radeon hd 4350??

The HD 4350 is better, but neither is really going to play new games very well, even on their lowest settings.

My friend has HD 4350 and he has played COD Black Ops with it along with Assassin Creed Brotherhood.

The HD4350 is about as fast as a GT220, so it will be a fair sight faster than the GT210.

Seeing as those games are older, and assuming you have a weak PSU and can't get a better card.....

You should be fine. My partner plays games on a HD5450 (basically a new version of the 4350) with similar system requirements on fair-medium settings at 12xx x 1xxx resolutions and gets 60+ fps.

Alot of people who haven't dipped around in the low end GPU market themselves automatically write them off as being too slow. But for older games like this you should be fine to play them at medium settings with 50+ fps.

they are both crap video cards period. i have a 4 year old video card (8800gts), which is at least 4x more powerful than those cards, just for some perspective as to how poor they are

I would go at least for an ATI 4650/ 5570 ddr3 or a geforce 9600 Gt/Gt240, that would be the minimum to play actual games on medium settings.
