I got the Hanns g 28 monitor, the HG281D

A lot of the reviews seem to state that the monitor doesn't last much longer than a year. Do any of you have this monitor? And how long has it lasted?

A few of my friends have this monitor and so far so good. One had it for approx a year and a half and another for 2 months now.

But electronics are a hit and miss. The same monitor could last one person 4 years without even a dead pixel and the same monitor could last another person 3 days.

Three months here and still going strong. Light use though. It's my secondary HTPC monitor.

Hmmm...does yours make a clicking noise whenever it wakes from sleep mode? Is this normal?

Hmm, don't have a 28 inch, but I've got a 22 inch hanns g that's nearly 1 year old and no problems with it so far.
