I currently have 2x1GB OCZ PC2 6400 memory installed on my Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe MB. I just ordered two more 1GB sticks but they wont boot when installed. I looked very closely and they have the same part number but the old memory is marked 5-5-5 12 and the new memory is email@example.com. The machine wont boot when I try to add the new memory to the two remaining slots so I took the old memory out and put the new memory in its place and it still wont boot. I get a long beep followed by two short beeps and no screen shows up.
Is the marking I identified above the reason? Can I use this memory and if so how.
Thanks for any help.

I just bought a new set of memory fro my son's box...couldn't find an exact vendor match for the twin 512's so went w/ exact same timings / voltage specs from another vendor in 1 Gig size. Same problem....took old 512's out and bought two more 1 Giggers so i spent $44 more than i wanted to but the $44 was certainly not worth another 15 minutes of my time messing with it..
