How to unhide folder options in 7

I am trying to unhide a folder, but my folder options are missing. I am not sure why they are not there.

  5. Easiest way is in any folder, click Organize which is on the left>Folder and search options>View

    Select show hidden files, folders and drives

    Also if you need it, deselect hide protected operation system files.

    Try unhiding it from elevated command prompt:

    Enter this from a command prompt
    assuming "C" is the drive letter

    attrib -h -r -s /s /d c:\foldername\*.*

    Go to explorer to see your files
  8. ksiem-- I'm using win7 and I tried what you said there but the folder didn't show still. I guess it's bcoz of the Flasshy.exe that infected my computer. Is there something you can tell to hep me..?
