I was looking on newegg for a 1920x1200 monitor, and I couldn't help but notice that most available monitors are 1920x1080, which I don't like. The few that are in 1920x1200 are really expensive in comparison. Any suggestions on where to find one? Preferred size anywhere between 21.5" and 24", but most important factors are resolution and price. Thanks.
If resolution and price are all you are concerned about, 1920x1200 displays start at $185 on newegg...

the one ur suggesting will have terrible colors and bad response time for quick turning in games.
My suggestion uses lg's specific technology designed for gaming, and btw monitor is most important in builds. I'd rather have a 4870 instead of 4890 for example and a better monitor.
Sorry but I fail to see where I suggest ANY monitor to the OP.
The Op wants a cheap 1920x1200 display, I provided a list of 1920x1200 displays available on newegg.
Also, I hate to break it to you but, your LG W63 is still a crappy TN display in its own wright.
ALL TN panels have terrible color fidelity and gamut and your eye will never be able to tell the difference between a 2ms display and an 16ms display.
I would agree that a good monitor is a very important part of the build.
I, however, consider a good monitor to be one that has a large stable viewing angle and accurate colors.
In other words, you really need an IPS, PVA or MVA based display.

Thanks guys for your input. I like the Asus you recommended tonkatuffmofo, although it is on the expensive side for me. That one Compaq for $185 on Newegg certainly looks like an option but it doesn't look like that many people are buying it and the lone review is pretty shabby.
