ASROCK X58 mobo dead?

Hello everyone. I am working on a new build and I cannot seem to get video output. I have tested different monitors and different graphics cards.

I am using an ASROCK x58 mobo... also note: upon boot up and hard shutdown, the debug LED is lifeless.

Any thoughts? Obviously, an OS has not been installed as of yet.

Verify all your power cables are properly seated. What are you components, by make and model, include the PSU.
