When I click on an email hyperlink in a browser window (IE7 or IE8), I get a Windows Internet Explorer error message that says: "Could not perform this operation because the default email client is not properly installed".
This error message is coming for only messages of > 22 lines
I'm not sure what 22 lines has got to do with anything, but open your mail program, go into it's settings, and check off make default mail client.
This will work with installed email clients. I'm not sure how to do it if it's web based email such as yahoo or gmail.
Hai, this all is done. Email client is OutLook Express. properly linked to ie. when clicked, all mail are opening, nexcept those mails which are having more than 22 lines in the message. that is if the lenght of the message is greater than 22 line. then only this problem.
I don't use IE or outlook express, but I'd start by checking all the settings/options for these programs. Most mail clients have a setting to not load messages greater than xxx Kb. If outlook express has such a setting, then disable it.
