Create karaoke medleys

Hello,
i would like to create karaoke medleys, i suppose i would need a program to load tracks onto and then chop, join, fade in / out etc, can anyone help

there is alot of software out there for this, you just have to find the one that suits you. some are free, some are free to try, and some are paid for.
