[Solved] 58XX today?

Hi, is it true the ATI 58XX is coming out today (Sept 22) or tomorrow? Or was just rumor?

the US is supposed to be Sept 22, right?

NDA ends today and no official onfo about the card. Oh let me guess like NV they see the opponent bahind tech&time wise so a surprise delay for shippement, better yields...... and sell all remaining 4770 ..?

Will agree... the 22nd has come it's still not here... and does anyone else think it's strange that there is NO info on this card on the manufacturer's website? Ahhhh the rumor mill strikes again.

Nah I rather not have one on my sweaty palms. The sweat can get on the card and maybe damage it. I rather have it installed on my motherboard and running.

WTF?!?!? Why would DELL need high end GPUs?!?!? I bet ATI can make more money off of the enthusiasts than off of Dell when it comes to high end cards.

Apple makes the best computers for everything, the price assures me of that. Silly ATI, should have dealt with apple.

Well, the HD 5870 seems even/a little ahead of the GTX 285 without AA, but it's performance hit from AA is very, VERY low. Comes out ahead of it by quite a lot (with AA)
