I would Reinstall with a Floppy Drive and Floppy Disc with the above mentioned File onto a different P.C. with Windows XP Home Edition Upgrade.The errant second P.C. displays the need for the Reinstallation of the file ---<Windows root>system32\ntoskrnl.exe in order for it to startup.Where is the Link from which I might Download the file of question?
