New to overclocking looking for advice

Hello all ok so i just built my first real computer from the ground up. Short of just swapping out different parts this is the first time i've actually messed with installing a motherboard and new processor along with a cpu cooler. That being said my old stuff didn't allow any overclocking and now that i can with my new setup i'm looking for some advice on how to improve the performance of the hardware i have. Any advice or recommended settings would be great and here's my system specs.
