Will a Cooler Master Hyper 212+ fit into this configuration?

I am bumping this just becasue I plan on buying the same MOBO and I wanting to know if I should go 212 evo with aftermarket led fans or go for a V6 GT any one get this mobo yet.. its the same as non gen 3 version... its has 2 long heat skins that are around the CPU one above and one to the side facing I/O panel. just wondering if there is enough clearance and also to put in RAM

Sorry to disagree k1114 but the mobo is not irrelevant. I have just taken delivery of a Xigmatek Aegir cooler and whilst it is clear of the ram slots on the P8Z68-v Pro it will not fit due to proximity of other mobo hardware.

Thanks to all for the comments.

I have completed my build, and with non-low profile RAM the 212+ does block the DIMM closest to the CPU if the 212+ is installed in its as shipped configuration (fan pushing air over heatsink. However, there is plenty of room available when the fan is relocated to the opposite side of the 212+ (pulling air over the heatsink). I detected no difference in core temperatures with the fan in either position.

I do not have any low profile RAM available, but it looks like low profile RAM would fit with the 212+ fan installed on either side.
