Overclock Damage?

Hi,

So I have a crappy hd radeon 5450 and I decided to overclock it for the hell of it as I am getting a gtx 560 ti soon. So the sky in Black Ops turned really blue about 20 minutes in, so I decided to turn it off.

Now it seems that games, such as startcraft 2, when there are lots of things happening, the fps starts to drop more than before I got the deep blue sky in Black Ops. I was just wondering if i damaged my intel i5-650 3.2ghz by overclocking my gpus shader and memory clock?

Thanks.
