Refurbished Mobo

I was thinking about getting this mobo http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5270971&CatId=1533
It says that it is refurbished. Are there usually problems with refurbished products or are they pretty much like a brand new used one ?

You don't get any accessories with most reburbs. So plan on ordering a backplate from the manufacturer. Asrock charges $5 plus shipping, while biostar or DFI may send you one for free if you email them. I used to order them from newegg regularly, until prices and shipping charges got to a certain point. Now I look for boards with free shipping and rebates, and sometimes they're almost as cheap.

Read the reviews, seems that there were 4-5 at least out of 18 reviews saying the MB was DOA, not a good number. I would get a new board, but it's your money.
