HDD upgrade

Hello,I bought a Hitachi Deskstar 500 GB, 7200 rpm, 16MB/Mo cache hard drive and find that the power and data connectors are different from the four pin power and SCSI cable in my HP desktop. Is there an adapter to correctly install this drive in an older PC?

i think the drive you have is SATA, so no. you cant change SATA into SCSI (or IDE if that is what you mean).
