I would like to take my OS and install on new SSD and install on another HD all my other programs making it the slave. how do I do it?

quick and easy explanation, disconnect all hard drives, connect ONLY the SSD, enable ACHI in your BIOS (also assuming BIOS is up to date)
Install windows
once installation complete, attached other hard drive(s)
install programs, if you do not want them on the SSD, just make sure you make appropriate change in the program installer to have it install in the directory of your choosing.
