I want to boot my old hard drive on my Windows laptop to use Apples migration program. How do i make the drive bootable without destroying it? More about : making external hard drive bootable Best solution PhilFrisbie February 12, 2012 7:47:50 PM You cannot. The best you can hope for is to install the hard drive into a similar PC and get it to recognize the network so you can use the migration tool.
