Overclocking/Features - Asus or Gigabyte?

Which boards tend to be better for OCing?

Say between P7P55D-E LX and Gigabyte GA-P55-UD4?
What are the advantages/disadvantages of getting Asus ou Gigabyte?

Well in this case I would say that brand preference is the only deciding factor. There are small differences but not really when it comes to oc:ing. I personally like GB because of the onboard realtek sound. Both are solid OC boards though.

thank you, as for the onboard sound i have an x-fi card so that isn't really any issue.
I think then the deciding factor here will maybe end up being the price.
