[CPU][Solved] Trouble with 965@125w on an Asus Crosshair III

I am building a gaming rig for my Nephew and I can't seem to find BIOS for Asus Crosshair III to work with AMD 965 @125w.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks

  1. This are the BIOS for the 965, only check your BOX processor to see what model do you have

    1- For the HDZ965FBK4DGI: http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=2Y4dQFaJ6gPN18cQ

    2- For the HDZ965FBK4DGM: http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=2Y4dQFaJ6gPN18cQ
  2. Myfault. Should have said I have already tried 1105 updated BIOS and can't get the board to say Hello to the CPU. It's simply not recognizing it. I put a 955 in the board and it loaded up fine. Put the 965@125w in my MSI 790FX-GD70 board with updated BIOS and it recognizes it right away. I will call Asus Tech to see if there is just a conflict going on somewhere I guess.

Was hoping someone else had the same problem and fixed it before I had to wait on the phone for awhile. :)

    Edit:

    Got it fixed.

Got to use my mini net-book for something other then surfing the net :)

    Had to pull battery.
Then downloaded 1105 BOIS again to Thumb Flash Drive(msi-mini net-book)
Flashed BOIS and now everything is showing up nice.

Guess the Mobo got a little bugged when it was tested. :)
