I want hardrive of 500gb for ny compaq vt2620 notebook. And i dont know what is its price and where to buy.
Please tell me the model of hard dive used in compaq vt2620.

Is that the right model number? Google has no hits for that model.

Go to HPs web site, and do a search for your model there, will have the spec sheet for it with the type of drive it takes.

As far as where to buy in India, there are no computer stores in your area, or online sites that ship there? Check www.ebay.com or www.newegg.com.

There are 3 different versions of your laptop. Select the correct one from the list, then view the specs or download the manual. It will tell you what size drive you can use.
