New Server Section

Hello,

I recently started a thread in the Feature Requestgs section for a server ubsection for people who have server/ HPC needs

From now on if u have any questions about Xeons, Opterons, Server hardware such as Motherboards, RAM, server farms, and HPC (high performance computing) please post in the server subsection.


The benefits of this are:

Quicker answers, because people won't skip your thread to answer easier threads
Better organized
Have more knowledgeable people answering there
Don't have to deal with troll threads in the CPU section

So if you want better, faster answers for your server needs then post in the server section.

Can one of the mods make this a sticky?

Shouldn't you ask that in your new server section??

Anyway there's a "insert image" button right next to the "insert link" button - just click it and make sure you have permitted popups on THG.

Or else just type {img}url of your image{/img} except use square brackets in lieu of the curly braces. Photobucket or imageshack are popular image storing sites to host your pix...

You can post images at imageshack without starting an account (and IIRC they don't even check to see if your email address is bogus or not). However if you want to start & keep a portfolio you will need to register.

Seriously, as IT Master of the Known Universe, & Nearby Locations, you should already know this stuff!!
