Remove a hard drive from a dell optiplex gx280 computer

Will a Hard Drive from a Dell Dimension 4100 fit in a Dell Optiplex gx280? Any special cables required?

If the Dell Dimension 4100 has the sata drive and the dell optiplex has the sata drive, should not be a problem. You might have to format and put an operating system in. You might get luck and if has an operating system it may boot up.
