Windows XP Pro Repair Installation: Product Key Problem

I recently downloaded NORTON ANTIVIRUS. Right after then, whenever I turn on my computer, a Noticee [ IMJPMIG.EXE IS not found ]. And
underneath it, it explains like "IMM32.dll is not found, applying program
is started. The applying program should be reinstalled."
And when I click [confirm], it does not disappear. After clicking it couple of times, then it is gone.

Also, couple of programs, like Korean keyboard, capture and dictionary etc. are gone.

Can I get any advice to fix the problem or restore the disappeared program?

Check to see if Norton mistakenly quarantined those programs/files. If so, Norton should be able to restore them.
