No connection

I cannot get a connection with my PC under windows 7 to the Targa V500. The HDD worked before OK with my former PC under Windows XP.

I cannot find any upgrade for the Targabox V500 to work with Windows 7.

Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

Hi there,

I don't specifically see a Targa V 500 listed. Could you please tell us if this is an external hdd enclosure, probably 500GB, and what kind of connector connects it with your computer. eSATA. USB, Firewire? Also how old is it?

If it's an external drive, it really shouldn't make any difference whether it's connected to an Win-XP computer or Win-7 computer, it should be functional.
