1 core on 2500k always 8-10 degrees cooler than other cores

I am using an H80 on my i5 2500k. I wanted to know why my 1st core is always 8-10 degrees cooler than the other cores? When I it at stock speeds or when I overclock the 1st core is always cooler. Should I re-seat my cpu cooler?

  1. mine is exactly the same but i wouldnt worry about it, your heatsink should be fine, mine is at 4ghz and stays under 45 degrees in prime 95
