Well I have had an HP Pavilion for a while now, and well like most computers, they get outdated. Anyways, I decided to update my PC using..

650w Powersupply
Nvidia GTX 260
AMD Phenom II X4 3.0 GHz
ASUS M4A785-M Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131595

I took the RAM out of my Pavilion and kept it for this use
It is 3 gigs DDR2 PC5300 667 MHZ

ANYWAYS, after putting it all together, I turned on my computer and no video displayed. The fans turned on, the light turned on, but no damn video displayed even without my gfx card. I took out all the RAM just to make sure it wasn't the problem, not even a single beep. No POST, no BIOS screen, no nothing. The Phenom X4 which is recently purchased is not the problem, my Athlon 64 X2 doesn't get any video as well. Well from all this, I am guessing I got a DOA. Any ideas?

NOTE: If you check out the reviews on the motherboard, many have the same troubles as I do...

Thanks in advance
