Seagate sata 500gb detection software

i have a new seagate sata 500gb hdd. It is not detecting and i have a lots of data in it. plz help me to get the free software to detect and recover my data from it.

There is no software to help detect a drive, that's only good for recovering corrupt or deleted data once you can get to the drive. Is it external? Have you tried it in a few computers? If it's external you can try to take it out of the case and plug it in directly into a PC, but that will probably void the warranty.
