Last round of builds included Lenovo L220x monitors for their great S-PVA panels, 1920 x 1200 resolution, more than acceptable response time, smaller footprint and < $500 price tag. With a new round of builds anticipated in the next month or so looking to see if anyone has noticed anything rising up to give it some competition. Not interested in TN panels and smaller the better......generally looking at these from a short distance and a 1920 x 1200 and many of the bigger monitors I have has an opportunity to scope out are just too "grainy" for my taste.

Added note .... larger S-PVA Monitors with greater resolution would also be in the hunt.
