Toshiba laptop hard drive - strange connector type?

Hi, my lappy just gave up, got the hd out of it, its a toshiba MK1637GSX 160GB or HDD2D60. I cant find anything to link it up to the pc, its not an ordinary sata type. Not sure what it is, can someone help me source an adapter from the net.

Lol, doesnt matter it had an adapter piece on stuck on the end, DOH

Yeah, those are proprietary and usually just slide off. It got me the first time I saw one.
