Tivo tech no help/ can't xfer files w/TivoToGo

Hardware:
USR 802.11b router WEP enabled No port blocking
ASUS wireless on mobo. Excellent signal
WinXP PRO All firewalls disabled
Seimens USB wireless adapter on Tivo. Good signal

Enabled transfer on Tivo site.

On PC:
Installed TivoToGo & put in password. Appears to connect & says "server
is running" & correctly identifies Tivo unit name. Reports "getting 2
of 200 recordings" but no "Now Playing" list ever shows up. Next
published jpg photos to Tivo

On Tivo:
IP & MAC addr agree w/router. WEP enabled and able to access Tivo
listings & updates. When trying to show pix Tivo correctly identifies
PC name, photo path/folder and contents along with accurate thumbnail
of photos. Yet when I show photo I get only an blank box.

At some level it appears that the PC and Tivo are connecting and at
another they aren't. Spent nearly an hour on the phone with Tivo tech
with no result.
Any help would be ever so greatly appreciated.
