MSI G31M1 cannot find CPU voltage on BIOS

I have a E5200 with this exact mobo

I could barely overclock my cpu to 2.9GHz because i cannot change the voltage of the cpu
is there any way i can change the voltage so that i would reach >3.5GHz ??
MY PC specs
MSI G31M3
E5200 @2.9GHz
DDR2 800MHz
ATI 5670
Gigabyte 460W CPU
p.s. I wanna overclock my processor so that it won't bottleneck the new GPU I'm gonna buy, which is a 6850

I downloaded a copy of the motherboard manual. Looks like you cannot adjust the CPU voltage.
You might get a little higher, however, if you take the FSB/Memory ratio off Auto and set it to either 1:1 or 1:2 (not really familiar with the BIOS). But at a stock CPU freq, what you want is the memory frequency changing from the Auto value to twice the FSB.
