Should i upgrade?

Currently i have 300 dollars to upgrade. As of right now i have :

E6750 @ stock speeds
GTX 260
P5N-e
4gb of Crucial DDR2 RAM
Antec Basiq 550w

Should i upgrade the CPU? Or save for a i5/i7 system? Or even switch to a Phenom II 955 be?

IMO... I would save and upgrade to a new system. You could upgrade to the Q9550 CPU to make your system faster but IMO, your best bet is to wait.

I would save up more money.

What's the increased processing power for? For the moment you can simply overclock the E6750 a little bit.
