Building to Share: Have Uni, want to build for core Sims 2..

Archived from groups: alt.games.the-sims,alt.games.the-sims-2 (More info?)

I've built a number of houses and uploaded them to the Lot Exchange.
All of my lots have indicated that both Sims 2 and Sims 2 University
are needed for the lot. However, I'd like to build some houses that
DON'T require Uni, and won't be flagged as requiring it. How, if at
all, can I do this? I'd prefer to avoid the uninstall-and-reinstall
route.

Instead of uninstall, consider another partition drive or if using XP,
another user account on your OS, and just install The Sims there. Try that.
