More about windows counterfeiting
  1. Your XP installation did not pass windows validation: The product code key could be counterfeit or stolen. The solution is to buy a genuine product key or a genuine MS XP install disk and try to use its product key on your install - you will need to know which version you have, e.g, XP home, XP pro. or XPx64.

There is no other solution except re-installation b/c i want solution of this problem other then re-installation .
  3. You won't have to reinstall XP, if you buy a vaild product key. Have you tried vaildating by telephone? You can explain your situation to tech support, and they can tell you exactly what you can do.
