How do you eliminate a set-up & system password in X-P

As computer boots, I press "delete" to enter setup. There I am prompted for a password. I did not assign a password here and cannot access setup because of the password. How do I remove/reset this password and access setup?

Try taking the battery out on your motherboard for about 30 seconds to a minute.
